At Byron & Medina, we understand that sometimes the item isn't quite right and you might want to return it back to us.
Requests for a refund must be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, name and reason for return.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If 14 days have passed by then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If an item is faulty, please provide us with the full details.
All items must be returned unworn and in the condition you received it in, in its original packaging.
As the customer, you are responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your items.
Original postage costs of any unwanted items are non-refundable.
We recommend that you get a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send the item back to us or use a trackable postage service.
Once we have received your item, you will receive an email and we will refund the amount you paid using your original payment method within 10 days (this will exclude postage costs).
